i designed this beautiful house for my multi-generational family, but the passing of my stepfather and my grandmother changed our plans, unfortunately, so i’m selling the house (i’m also selling the 1.75 acres of land through my realtor).

All the materials (including about $20,000 of free extras, like hardwood flooring, extra windows, ceiling fans, Bosch cooktop, tiles, etc) are on my property in Kapa’a, Kauai, in five 20-foot shipping containers, which are included in the sale.

Also included are architectural plans (which have been approved by Kauai Building Division, but not yet stamped) that include a large garage-style building for cars and tons of storage. Plans would need to be updated for your building site and new permits.
